As one of the few stores we have a live arrival guarantee policy. if your livestock die during shipping, you'll get a refund!

1. Any claims in case of Dead on arrival must be made on the day of delivery and must be supported with photographic evidence(no pictures = no refund!). You need to let use know by email within one hour of receiving the shrimp/s this needs to be supported by a picture of the dead shrimp/s in it`s unopened bag as received + a picture of the dead shrimp/s in the container.

2. Shipping charges will not be refunded under any circumstances.

3. Bee Shrimp Store will credit Your account or refund money for live stock in case of DOA.

4. The Live Arrival Guarantee is void when the customer fail to be present to receive and sign for the goods on the first delivery attempt and/or when customer is passing incorrect shipping details causing delays in delivery.

5. Bee Shrimp Store will not be held accountable for any problems/deaths encountered in relation to water chemistry, acclimatisation, livestock compatibility, lack of knowledge and passing incorrect shipping address.
